Gouya flower bloomed in the pot.
it remided me of Vietnamese Noudle
Foh on the crowded stree t in Saigon
(Ho ChiMinn City)siiting on the small
plastic stool.
Vietnamese add DOKUDAMI leaves with
Foh as spice.
Under tropical sun light, spicy
vegetables stimulate apetite.
夏の野菜ゴーヤを見るたび
サイゴン（ホーチミン市）の路上で
食べたうどんフォーを思い出す。
薬味はきざんだドクダミの葉だ。
くさいどころか、なぜかこれがうまい。
強烈な陽光には強烈なニオイの植物が
フシギによく合う。好みでニョクマム
（ショッツル魚醤）を加えてもいい
風呂場の腰掛みたいな樹脂製のイスに
座って食べるところがまた愉しい。
